Introducing the Tri County Archery Association Shooter of the YEAR program.
Archers will compete in up to five (5) events for the 2022 season and earn points for each finish. The four (4) best finishes will be used to calculate standings and will be updated here after each event results are finalized.
Archers must shoot in at least four (4) of the five (5) events in the same catagory to qualify for the Shooter of the Year title.

January - FITA
February - NFAA
March - MAA 420
May - Marked 3D
June - Field & Hunter
TCAA-SOY Rules:

TCAA-SOY Rules:
- 5 qualifying events will be offered in 2022
- Archers must participate in a minimum of 4 events but may shoot all 5.
- Only the archers 4 best finishes will be used to determine their points totals.
- Points are awarded using the following schedule:
- 1st place 1 point, 2nd place 2 points etc.
- If archers are tied after an events tie breakers have been used, each archer will receive points equal to the placing. Example: If two archers after event tie breakers finish 2nd, both shooters will receive 2 points. No 3rd place points will be awarded, and subsequent archers will receive points equal to their finish position.
- The archer with the lowest qualifying points at the end of the season will be named Shooter of the Year and presented with a custom award. Awards expected to be given to your club representative at the Summer TCAA Meeting.
- In the event of a tie at the end of the year, the archer with the most 1st place finishes will be awarded the title of Shooter of the Year.
- If two archers have an equal number of 1st place finishes. Combined totals from commonly participated events will be used to break the tie.
