TCAA Events

Tri-County Archery Association offers 5 events per year to compliment the Michigan Archers Association Schedule of State Championships. Our events typically take place on the 3rd weekend of the month preceding the state shoot which typically takes place on the first and second weekend of the following month.

For example, we offer the TCAA NFAA in January, and the state MAA NFAA is at the beginning of February. Nationals follows soon after.

Here are some brief details about each event:

The TCAA FITA is shot using the Vegas 3 spot or if you prefer you can use the single 40cm FITA face. You will shoot a total of 60 arrows (2 games ten ends, 3 arrows per end for a total of 30 arrows per game) at a 20 yard distance (Cubs (under 12) shoot at 10 yards). The event is offered on both Saturday and Sunday, but you will shoot just one day of the event unless you enter in multiple categories.
